Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Litter Boxes & Litter (opened or used products)
  • Harnesses & Leashes that show signs of wear or use
  • Toys that have been removed from original packaging
  • Any products where the hygiene seal has been broken

Refund Information

Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

Exchange Policy
